Fnuikende Vergezichten

Gratis -aties zaadjes
zo krijgen frietjes staartjes
vallen ze als appendites
tevreden in mijn maag
maar vooral van mayonaise
komt punaise
draai ik hartjes of traag
wat dubbeltjes en kwartjes
bruine snaren, haren,
paters en sigaren,
frustraties, malversaties,
Verenigde Naties, interpolaties,
ze kruipen allen sluikend
als waren het prestaties
zomaar langs mijn stuit
fluitend naar buiten
eruit al hand in hand
wat letterparen
uit mijn pennegat
gevaren
in alle maten
en kleuren en mallen
in alle geuren
alsof ze konden praten
totdat ze dan bezinken
en bezonken dan bevielen
knielend of in zichzelf
al zachtjes nederdalend
welhaast verhalend
op de nog verlaten
cellulose wallen
dan bevallen
het moment vertalend,
in fnuikende vergezichten
verdampen de verse gedichten.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
