Fly Sky High Poem by Brianna King

Fly Sky High

She wants to leave her past behind,
And never return again.
She hates the life she lives right now,
But when she fell in love,
Her life got turned around.

With you by her side,
She could fly sky high.
When she was down,
You took her off the ground.
But when you said bye,
All she did was cry.
What now...?
What now...?

With a heart full of pain,
And you were playing her like a game,
No wonder why,
She always cried.

With you by her side,
She could fly sky high.
When she was down,
You took her off the ground.
But when you said bye,
All she did was cry.
What now...?
What now...?

Now she's over you.
She said that to you face,
What a big disgrace.

With you by her side,
She could fly sky high.
When she was down,
You took her off the ground.
But when you said bye,
All she did was cry.
What now...?
What now...?

What now?
Guess what?
She is me.
He is you.
And tonight we are through.

With you by my side,
I could fly sky high.
But too bad,
Too bad.
I will say the last goodbye.
