Flies Poem by Dan Brown

Flies

I hate the summer
the heat
the haze
the winding endless days
it brings out the flies
Buzzing.
They leave me alone
generally-speaking.
I am anonymous
in spite of that saying
about faecal matter.
I am a natural repellent
there are no flies dropping around me.
