Fit Poem by Dan Brown

Fit

It doesn't fit
that square peg in a round hole.
Too awkward
and angular
they said,
with too many corners
in which to hide
and build cobwebs.
It doesn't fit
that misshapen little peg
that refuses to wear brown.
