Fishermen Poem by Conley Murray

Fishermen

Rating: 2.5

For most men fishing is a favorite sport,
they talk about fish of every sort.

They talk about their fishing day,
and about the big ones that got away.

They talk about where to fish in the best lake,
and about the best bait the fish will take.

They talk about where they cast their reel,
and they know when they have the fish by the feel.

WHEN THEY WANT TO GO FISHING ON A CERTIAN DAY,
THEY FIND AN EXCUSE TO GET AWAY.
