Fire Poem by Windsor Guadalupe Jr

Fire

Garish aroma,
An amorous rose -
Splendid suns,
Gyratory, the tapestries
Are silken veneered.
Idle aeons,
Imperious mêlée of
The constellations.

The visages sink
In the lull riot.
A dank caress
Of lips,
Hands, two bodies
Fluttering upon impact
As the moieties of
These allegories
Meld like bones
That rattle in abeyance.

A kiss:
Subtle death.
A flagrant fire
Of writhing breaths
That careen
Like waves.
An automatic light
In the darkness.
