Looking to the east,
Searching in the west,
Hiding from the north,
Questioning the south.

Cant see what is around that corner,
It could be people,
It could be torture,
It could be nothing.

The light is finally coming in,
I know where im going,
And where I was last but all before is just a distant memory.

Lost in the present,
Blind to the future,
The past is the past,
The blackness I have emerged from.

And the light now guides my way,
At the end of this dark hole! ! !
