I am termed 'arrogant and stupid'
For being not supportive or vivid
Sweet words do not provide them any lead
But help in falling ditch after failure to read

Speak a word that essential
But offer only when it is addressable
There is no fun in getting into trouble
People shall certainly bear ill will

Be snake but with no poison
Be straight forward but as reasonable person
Render only when needed to
Else you position shall be compromised too

Let one thing be borne in mind!
One should not overlook or try to act as blind
The dilemma should be where one is unclear
Else, there should be clear approach sans fear

Render boldly when approached
That is when situation has reached
Point of no return with solution not in sight
You may find suitable place and feel it right
