Sanity calms

But madness is much more interesting

Silence may be golden

But noise can

Erase and blind memories

Laughter may be cheerful…..invigorating

But tears may cure your wounded soul

May even give your broken heart a reprieve

Sleep may be healthy

But insomnia may make you a poet…

A painter… a philosopher

Food may satisfy you

But hunger can fulfill you with

Its naked numbness

May awaken your desires

Knock you out of your complacency

And maybe jus maybe make you feel alive once again…
