Fear For Her
I feel it all, I feel so sick
My joy being sucked away by some tick
I'm caving in with all this fear
There's no relief to find here
I don't know if I lost my girl
Oh, this pain makes me hurl
I'm scared, I'm mad, I'm freaking sad
There's no escape to be had
She said her heart is mine to keep
And that in peace I can sleep
But what if someone makes a play
I can't defend when I'm so far away
I trust her to stay with me
But there's other guys she could see
What if they make their move
What if her love for me she cannot prove
Will they take her in their arms
Will they trap her with their charms
I love her with all my soul
But this fear is taking it's tole
I can't get her back if they win
I'm too far to break their sin
I just pray she stays strong
Oh, I pray these fears are wrong
Lord, you gave this girl to me
Now with me let her always be
I know you can save her from this pain
I know you can stop this rain
God, I pray that this will end
Lord, please save my friend
I can't take this fear today
Oh Lord, let her stay
