FEAR AND DISORDER ARE THE DREAMS OF THE NIGHT

Fear and disorder are the dreams of the night
Hope and clarity those of the day-

My mind cannot bear the darkness
I pretend the light is only light-

I live in the light
And pray the sleep of night will be dreamless-

But I know the day will come
When even the day
Will dream dark.
