Father Poem by Geeti Sudha

Father

The man whom I love the most
The man whom I trust more than the creator
is none other than
my biggest inspiration my father.

He is the one who taught me the
the difference between wrong and right
he is the one who made me learn
if there is injustice,
not to tolerate but to fight.

His hands brought me up
his hands always raised for me to clap
but it i he who make me walk
on the correct track and
if needed gave an essential slap.

I still remember my childhood
when he used to drop me to school for my
safety in his loving scooter
and now as I have grown up
his mind still thinks about my bright future.

The more he loves
more badly he scoldes
the more he gets angry
more tightly he holds.

His hard effort lies
behind my every victory
because he is the writer
of my life history.

He spent his entire time
to build up my character.
It was his eyes only
which could recognize my x-factor.

Life is given by God
but my soul belongs o him
It is me who sleeps at night
but for me he sees the dream.

I don't know how to count
all the those things that he has given
I was just born as an organism
It is my father who made me a human.

If I were born somewhere else
My life would have been no way better
I sincerely pray to God
in every life I want to take birth
as his daughter
as his daughter.
