Fate brought you

Fate took you

I only hoped you remember me

I still have that bear you gave me



The very same bear from our child years



I hoped that we could be forever

Though it never happened never

When you left it made me sad

For many nights I felt bad

....

I tried to cheer myself up but never succeeding

....

I remembered every time you cried

Your tears I always dried

I stayed with you every night

Until that faithful night

....

I sat beside you until you died…

....

At your funeral I acted brave

But now I sadly stand by your grave

Through day and night I stand

Only wishing I could hold your hand



For that very last time
