Fashion Poem by Mariah Clary

Fashion

Fashion spreads everyday,
It always changes,
In the 1950's poodle skirts,
bobby socks, and white blouses,
In the 1960's long skirts,
Beaded jewelry and peasant tops,
In the 1970's bell bottom blue jeans,
And halter tops,
Man it never stops!
In the 1980's jeans,
And over sized shirts,
In the 21st century,
Everything changed,
From poodle skirts to Areopostale shirts,
Jeez, fashion is deranged,
It will never ease,
Lei jeans,
And all the beauty queens,
Teens mix and match,
It never sticks,
Fashion has never stopped,
We shop till we drop,
Then we go broke,
Fashion is no joke.
