Farewells Poem by Arturo Munoz

Farewells

I am what i am.
Simon says so.
my friends are crazy.
we're nothin close to lazy.
my mom is insane,
insanity save me.

slim chance ill survive,
so ill take whats mine
never look back.

All the things i do,
its a fact i hurt You.
i got nothing to my name.
Just this paper and pen,
hopefully somehwere it'll end.

I took it all for granted.
My light up kicks,
my hiding tricks.
my name carved in trees.
Can't i just stay like this please?

so now we all know
this is my time to grow.
i thought i had forever
its something to endeavor

So heres goodbye the the kid i used to be
all the things we did we were so free.
i had fun thank for the days
too bad tomorrow we cant play.
so here's a toast to us
call the press thell them they won,
goodbye friend i guess we're done.
but dont forget please!
keep an eye on me.
