Farewell
Goodbye my dear;
Goodbye, farewell,
We shall never meet again.
Don’t cry my dear;
Don’t fear my dear,
Sometimes we have to change.
I’m sorry my dear,
I was not there,
To see you set off on that plane.
You did not see me;
Because I was crying,
The last thing I wanted was you doing the same.
So goodbye my dear;
Goodbye, farewell,
It’s my heart you’ve taken along on that plane.
