Family War Poem by Love Green

I sit there in my bedroom with my back against the wall
All i could hear was a family war.
My dad packed his things and went away so far,
we didn't have to guess where he went, since the only place he'd go is a bar.

All what i wanted was his love and his affection.
But all i ever got was my father's constant rejection,
Feeling like a lost child with no one to love.
I prayed to be taken away to the heavens above..

you still fight altho you split? when you don't even give a ****!
playing with me and my siblings against each other
teaching us that there is no value in being a father or a mother?
i will have to live with a broken heart for the rest of my life.
it is like in my heart.. there is a really thick knife
and my brother swearing that he will never get a wife!
and i'm just wishing i will meet You all afterlife.
