False Proclamation Of Love

We all have the same gold, however,
I claim that mine is too precious to be compared,
I proclaim it to the high hills and highways that whoever sees my gold,
Must not dare to touch it, I treasure it more than anyone who has it,
I may not have the power to protect it from harm, all the time,
I just want the world to know that I put my life before it,

We all have the same gold,
There are those who love them deep,
So much that they cannot sing them out for the world to hear,
The public relations officers have shallow allegiances to their resolve,
Which the public is not privileged to know,
Therefore, Proclaiming on the mountain tops,
Does not make a difference, nor does it tell the true story,
Gold is gold; we all have the same gold,
We all love the attraction it brings,
To have it and to watch it for days on end,
