Falling In Love Poem by The Night Wanderer

Falling In Love

If I was to fall in love
With the devils son
Shall I willingly dance down
Into the dark abyss
To Hell to find him
And drag him back through the frightening darkness

Would we walk this land
Hand in hand
All the worries in the world
Swept away like the sand beneath our feet
As waves lap the shore to the beating rhythm of my heart

Or would I fall for his tricks
As he smiles temptingly
Beckoning me with his pale hand
His scent drawing me in
Making me prepared to die
The danger lurking behind his thirst filled eyes drags me in

If he could fight his hunger
Could we be together
Or is he forever damned to Hell
To the iron strong clutches of evil
The burning chasm of pain

Will his face, that of an angel
Be the last thing I am to see before I die
Before I am, too lost to Hell
Lost to Hell
For falling in love
With an angel faced
Blood thirsty

Vampire
