Fallen Angel Poem by Blair Haven

Fallen Angel

Death and destruction is his joy
His love always a decoy.
He'll break your heart and make you cry
But you still love and i ask why.

This angel will be the death of you
But you care not, don't you.
He may look sweet but he is not
And he'll forever make your heart rot.
But you don't care
Your in a snare
And as long as he says he loves you
You'll give in and love him too.

You've made this mistake too many times
And im running out of rhymes
So do me a favor if you give up you heart
Know that im here for you and we will never be apart.

I'll slice his heart just as he did yours
Thats a promise, so open new doors
Please take a road with anyone else
And leave that poor angel to ruin himself.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is about a girl who fell for a jerk and that jerk was always cheating on her and breaking her heart and her best friend was always telling her to give him up but the girl didnt listen. So the friend wrote a poem about how he loved her and that he was her savior and how the jerk was a fallen angel and the girl was a victim. When the friend gave her the poem she finally understood that in a world like ours there's 3 types of people evil angels(the jerk) , saviors(the friend) , and victims like herself.i hope you enjoy this story, thanks for reading the end!
