Fake It

You helped lift me off my broken wing
Scared and broken
I wasn't worthy of a life of a human being
You were there for me
and I thought I was there for you
As time passes by
The past seems so surreal
Happy memories fade
Income the present
not an equal trade
Everything has changed
Past thoughts can only go so far
In your eyes I did you wrong
Two wrongs don't make a right
Angry and don't fully understand why
I just want things to be ok from my sight
Not Pretend that I'm over your lies
