Fair Heart Poem by Steven Rodgers

Fair Heart

If fair the eyes then fair the heart,
And fair is fine and well to start,
But fair alone will not be fare,
To wear away this waning year,
Though heart be true and fair enough,
Do well to aim the heart about,
So when your hour is nigh and near,
Your soul be well away from fear.
