Failed Loves Poem by Nvisible 2Luv

Failed Loves

Rating: 5.0

Why do I let them get to me?
I know what they will do.
To them I am only a female,
Naive enough to be used.

At the time I felt so wonderful,
Like the world was my jewel.
It took a while to face it,
But I was just his fool.

How can one fake the warmth,
That I'm sure I saw in his eyes?
And how did he wound so sincere,
While telling all of those lies?
