Hide away all known beauty
In a corner so lost
Deep inside the soul
All covered with ironic lies

Mold two holed masks
Let show happy pupils
Depress tears under the skin
All withheld within a face

Express anger notwithstanding
Cloud of fury burning
Cored cool and withdrawn
Buried within hate unbound

Lash out innocent hearts
One but ignored inside
Forgotten rot of old
With conscience for company

Eye of the hurricane
Devoid of havoc surrounding
Lonely heart beating within
Loose fury en wrapping

Feel love and smile
Release the song locked
Color the heart happy
As meant to be
