Explanation
If you found me lying on the floor
A blade beside my hand
With a note of explanation
Would you understand?
If you looked upon my wrists
And saw blood all over my skin
But read my note of explanation
Would I be forgiven?
If you touched my face
Felt my skin cold and blue
And saw I’d left an explanation
Lying there for you
Would you hate me for my choice?
Would it only create aggravation?
Would you even sit to read
My simple explanation
like most your poems this one contains much sadness. i like it like all of your poems. for some reason i can relate to all of your poem it's like you feel what i feel or mabe it's just me. i love this one the most keep up the great writting Evy
