A destiny wasted
Decisions made in haste
Love too soon started
Lips you too soon wished to taste

Bodies too soon entangled
In a dance of passion and fire
But as the flames abated
Your love too did expire

What may you ask caused us such pain?
What is it that happened to cause such tragedy?
It was simply love we wished to ascertain
All we wanted was to be happy

But alas my love it's not meant to be
We shall meet again I pray
But we shall stray far and less of you I will see
Though deep in my mind I wished you'd stay....
