Except Me
It was my wish
I carried on
It was my desire
I fulfilled
It was my thought
I implemented it
It was social service
I discharged it
It is morning time
I prayed for good day time
I am prepared for work
I whisper and remember prophetic word
O lord, be with me
At each and every step
Lead me to path
Unknown but safely
Life is uncertain
Yet beautiful to enjoy
With your name on lips
To remember and keep
Days may pass
Nights may set in
Nothing will change
Except me
