Everyman’s Rose Poem by David Harris

Everyman’s Rose

Rating: 5.0

Everyman has a rose
on a thorny bush,
a rose whose prickles
keeps us alive.
We are tempted
but we cannot touch
this rose that eludes
our heart so much.

I like this one very much, David. Simple, succinct and full of wisdom. Your title works a treat, too. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
