Everyday, Every night in my dreams

I walk through this lonely path

Hoping to find my promised land

Where they say the best things out of this world are at

Where the grass is blue & the sky is purple

The flowers are bloomed and everything is so wonderful.


But...

Why am I feeling so tormented

Thinking why is it that im here once again?

When I know, that i had already found this so called promised land?

I feel so unsure about this divine place

Cause i hear the echoes of my own shadow cryin

Crying for this befuddled heart


Why is it that i feel this agonizing pain?

When i know that my heart won't ever hurt again!

I walk and I walk,

(Confused..)

I don't seem to find....

I feel like I won't ever find this so called promise land!


Everytime i walk through here;

I always seem to find obstacles that won't let me persevere


Lord guide me through the right lane

I never wana feel this pain

Just walk me out of this deserted land

So I could jump back into reality
