Everyday
It's like this everyday
Im seen in a different way
Weather it's good or bad
It could make anyone happy or sad
The girls at school are so caty its annoying
Right from the begining
They decided if they'd like me of not
Just because im not in the 'hot spot'
Just because I dont want to conform or become a robot
Just because im not quote unquote 'hot'
WELL you know what i don't want to be like them I want to BE ME
Thats the only person I'LL EVER BE IS ME
Thats all i want to be is...........ME

Very well said Monique. All we can do in life is be the person we are deep in our soul. It doesn't matter what others may say or think, as long as we are who we are, then we are happy. I am giving you a 10 because this is a very profound poem, even tho there are quite a few spelling errors. Please write more like this. Hugs, Barbara
