It's hard when all you want is to be happy
To be like everyone else
Smiling and laughing and having a good time
While you sit there dealing with so much on the inside
That nobody will ever know about
Hide it with a smile

Everyday is a struggle
Just to make it through the day
And to see everyone having the fun you wish you could have
Is heartbreaking
When all you do
Day after day
Is fight
To make it through
Just one more day
