Ever Nile Poem by Abdullah Atta

Ever Nile

Rating: 5.0

Ever Nile
Ever Nile flowing in a calm way
There joins that Victoria Lake
Greeting the Nile everyday
Shivering sound it make
When the mighty Nile shake
With happiness and rejoice

Hears its voice
The whole universe
When it tremble with delight.
When shines the daylight
Are seen the colors of blue and white

It flows from north to south
Its mouth; as big as a cloud
Wrapping the whole Egypt
Under his grip
After all it’s a gift
