Euthanization Poem by Ima Ryma

A human is killed by a bear
Defending its territory,
Something the human was aware,
But still the human chose to be
Taking the risk of nature's way.
Later the bear was hunted down
And killed for having 'gone astray.'
'Euthanization' - fancy noun
For standard policy of when
Careless human blood is spilled due
To a bear being a bear, then
Man made tragedy does ensue.

Humans certainly do have skill
Making up excuses to kill.
