Eureka Poem by John Bannister Tabb

Eureka

I love, as when a boy,
That note exultant of domestic joy,
When, triumph won,
The Hen, like Archimedes, proclaims,
'I've found it! If ye doubt me,
Dons and Dames,
Come
see
what I have done.'
