Ethnic Pride Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Ethnic Pride

The adventures on your desert is like,
The application of knowledge to improve my methods;
And with the ethnic pride on this side of the story,
Where the issue of love matters like the schism of nature.

Life is full of wars but love is the key,
And like the contemporary version of the Golden Tulip;
But my grass is greener and my bed is blue.

The green-party of love is what you need,
So come and share this love with me;
And like the Solar Energy with the help of the sun,
Do a little and take a little with you back home.

I am the ice-cream seller in town and,
In your neighbourhood with love and care;
And you need my vanilla-ice on your sweet love of flowers,
But the ethnic pride over here is all that matters.
