Ethan Eagle - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Ethan Eagle - Lincoln Park Zoo

Call me Ethan. Don't call me late
For lunch at the Lincoln Park Zoo.
American bald eagle - great
Patriotic duty I do.
Which makes a guy hungry. Let's eat!
So I enjoy a menu snack
Of trout and quail and rodent meat.
For good food here, I do not lack.
Some humans ask why am I here?
Well, I got injured in the wild,
Now call the Zoo my home all year.
Very symbolically styled.

I impress visitors a bunch,
Even when I am eating lunch.
