POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I've decided to dedicate this to my ex boyfriend, Dakota, after it was placed in his locker at our middle school last year without my knowledge and we were forced to confront our still underlying feelings. I should also mention that this was originally intended for my eyes only, but, because of what I previously mentioned, I've decided to share it.
