Epic Of Life -14 Poem by Ratnakar Mandlik

Unique human species among fauna and flora
In life cycles created by omnipotent nature
Exalted self to towering heights using the brain,
He worked for creating his parallel domain.

His journer from creation to creator was unique
It showered on him laurels enhancing his might.
He employed natural phenomena for his own comfort
And presumed self as their master, God of some sort.

His mobility was ensured by gifting him four legs
He could run faster by running on hind legs.
Brain he did use and invented motley engines
To speed it up, he manufactured aeroplanes.

The supersonic plane was but glorification
Of his intellect that was engaged in competition
With the devastating speed bestowed by nature
In times of crisis on it's own thunders and air.
