Environs Control Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Environs Control

Rating: 5.0

Learn to love again. Slowly!
As a standing stalagmite grows.
Between long practised drips.
Drawn out lingering heart beats.
Learn to love. Love elegiacally.
Each embryotic embodiment.

To love rocks trees, deserts seas,
salient light, which pseudonym plays,
saffron silhouette, in shifting breeze.
Jaded filth, fledged, infested skies.
Waste clogged, people, polluted rivers,
poisoned, strangled, suffocated died.

To love protect, sickened, stray dogs cats,
pity infected, diseased, disabled alley rats.
Weeds misplaced, which strangle, smother choke,
desired delightful, premium, rich red roses.
Tender treasured, cultivated, displaced seed.
Make love a fragrant, perfumed, pledged plead.

First locate livid, love lost within. Learn earnestly
to self love. Own Tormented Sickening Soul.
Purloined peace. Will flow forth refreshingly.
For all sacred life. Least loathing litigious self-hate.
Serpent enemy, entombed within enviously.
Drive enslaved, ill-bound hell-bound, hell-fire fate.

Escape foul frosted, shackles, exploiting chains.
After spring floods, spring planting, rebirth reigns.
Displace havoc hatred, symmetrical, earth rape cobwebs.
Moth eaten embroiled, tenement, shanty town cloths.
Learn. To love. To love. To love. To Beatify.
Canonize Planet Earth’s Avoided Death Throes.
