Enough Of Me Poem by Vision Ghost

Enough Of Me

I don’t know what kills me more
To keep the wound open and sore
I don’t what you’re now playing at
Always at me or on the attack

I don’t know what kills me more
The happy memories set like a law
Can’t escape these dreams of a past
Not sure if it could ever now last

Is there not enough of me
Is there too much of you
You keep taking
You keep cutting

Can’t give anymore you’ve taken it all

I don’t know what kills me more
This rolling storm from the core
Your kiss; a poison I’m intoxicated
Left emotions tangled and complicated

I don’t know what kills me more
It’s been so many years since the door
Slammed shut on any possibility
Of any such reprisal of matrimony

Is there not enough of me
Is there too much of you
You keep taking
You keep cutting

Can’t give anymore you’ve taken it all

I don’t know what kills me more
Or is that all you want me for?

I don’t know what kills me more
Or is that all you want me for?

Is there not enough of me
Is there too much of you
You keep taking
You keep cutting

And I’ll keep running

This is such a cool write Vision Ghost, it is a difficult game to play, that of love, we all do it and it kills us all in the end, but like Queen says, we have to play the game....smiling at you, Tai, playing in the rain!

Passionately told. It's almost a song isn't it? Excellent transcription of emotions. HG: -) xx
