Rating: 2.6

Two muntjac
and a security guard.
Barrier.
Well-tended lawns.
Parkland.
Lake.
Mansion.
Room for expansion, you say?
Please NO!
Leave well alone.
Part of our history
with its air of mystery
and secrecy.

The Churchill room,
a private collection I presume.
Precisely labelled
and set out.
Well thought out, I thought.

And codes and codebreakers...
Loads of codes.

A delightful episode
for a sunny afternoon.

Bletchley Park it is, Sid. I had an escorted view and a massive history of the place. It is a fraction of the size it used to be and the adjoining land is being built on. Hopefully, with the tourist industry taking a massive interest and people coming from all over in their coachloads we may yet retain it. A wonderful place to visit........ Fran
