Engrave Poem by Theresa Short

Engrave

I engrave your name into my skin,
To help make a sin,
I am gone and I am dead,
But again you wouldn't care for instead,
You would love to see me die,
How you wouldn't even cry,
The hatred is not all my fault,
Put your life to a halt,
and just have me die,
Be gone forever with a blink of an eye.

It's a dark poem, however I like your simple and pure way of expressing it... I wish to read your happy poems.
