Endings Poem by Tiffany Rose Moczydlowski

Endings

Rating: 2.8

My tears pouring like rain
My head hanging down
The whisper of your name
From a voice filled with strain
They escape my lips
Just like the blood
Escaping my wrists
The absence of laughter
No happily ever after
The movies in my head
Of the amazing moments we've had
Lost the sweetness
And gained the sorrow
Reflecting this loss
With my chest feeling hollow
The end of a chapter
I can't stop re-reading
In the futile hope
That it'll be repeating
