Hey, don't feel like a fish out of water
Being shut briefly from your divine nature
Just go to your core to feel it again
And help yourself to dodge the nightmare

This mind-body outfit is a machine for us
Used by our spirit-self to gain new experience
As driver of this machine we're the enjoyer
Only ignorance makes us suffer in consequence

This ubiquitous spirit is our undying essence
Everything else are only shifting around
By identifying with shifts we create suffering
While staying at our center makes us harmonious

Aim of a human being is to discover this Truth
Only living by this Truth brings blissful nature
As pure consciousness we are love immanent
Only expressing ourselves thru mind-body pair
