End Of An Affair Poem by David Harris

End Of An Affair

Rating: 4.7

The end of an affair
is always painful
for both sides in the game.
First love comes fast and furious
engulfing both of them,
but there is an intermediate
when life gets into a routine.
Slowly the love they first had
has eroded away,
leaving only sadness there
at the end of an affair.

Seem like someone will get hurt if not the third party in the picture...

So very true, then again sometimes it's worth it too... Andy 10

So true, I read somewhere passion lasts the first two weeks, love lasts longer, if it was there!
