Encountering Love And Relationship! Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Encountering Love And Relationship!

Rating: 5.0

I am back again with a new thought and new frame of mind and emotions....because for me without feeling anything I just can't write and I want to jot down the thoughts which are disturbing me right now......I was wondering what love is....Why is the range of love so restricted....Love is not about a man and woman relationship. As I thought, I found my thoughts in a far wider horizon where I was breathing liberally cauze ultimately I snapped ties with the one feeling called love towards your man.....Love has more wider range and perspective...After snapping out of a deep rooted emotional relationship I was able to look at love with a different perspective. The love for your God, the love for your country, the love for the nature the love for the people you hardly know...Love..such a beautiful emotion... suffocated in few relationships where you neither get to breathe nor express because of possesivness which is very harmful in a relationship. A relationship where you are ruled and dominated and ultimately you land up snapping out of every other relationship, which was your lifeline at certain juncture of your life.....

We see families breaking up, we see marriages breaking up just because one is insecure about the person they love and try to bind them with demanding promises.....I discovered this in my long journey of complicated relationships. One has to give space, freedom of thoughts, respect the other person...otherwise your so called love life will just crash very badly.Later on it will be just a relationship of compromises and adjustments as you can't come out of the suffocating relationship because of the families, society n children who always keeps an unwanted marriage bound..Sad indeed...but that's the truth of life..

After a journey of tiring relationships, I found solace in the freedom to express, freedom to love every little bit of the universe...freedom to be just 'ME', unscathed and unharmed by the burns of the so called egoistical relationships which were jeopardising my life to a verge of extinct....Trying to explore the word called love which can be used in many terms.I am happy to reach the pinnacle of the emotions where i'am related to so many new feelings, pure and beautiful to the core, where there is no place for lust and ego...just pure love for your God and the whole universe.

This beautiful couplet sums up the note.

Kabhi Dhoop De Kabhi Badliyaan Dil-O-Jaan Se Donon Qubool Hain
Magar Us Mahal Mein Na Qaid Kar Jahaan Zindagi Ki Hava Na Ho

Encountering Love And Relationship!
POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Random thought, a question to self, Retrospecting your inner chaos. Tried to pen down the turmoil of painful journey of life which I see all around, I see people trapped in unwanted relationships, I tried raising few questions which everyone goes through at a juncture of time. It's not a poem it's just a thought.

Great thoughts, Thoughts to ponder on, Thoughts to ignite the sleeping giant in you...... everybody in their life has a threshold point Patience and perseverance when fails to solace then instead of surrendering to the situation they fight back and take the control in their hands .......You said it nicely and boldly, Aarzoo.....Congrats for following your heart rather than following the norms set by foolish society....Cheer Up...GOD is GREAT.

Asim being a counsellor I've seen so much pain and people trapped in egoistical relationships, It's pathetic to see a beautiful life go waste. I realized nobody can help you unless you help yourself. Life is a gift from god and it shouldn't be wasted. Everyone has the right to live their life with dignity. And only you can set the rules and draw a line. Love is a beautiful emotion and the one who respects love will never suppress a living soul to satisfy it's big bloated ego. we all are the creations of god beautiful and sensitive.

Yes, you' ve reached the stage with your sage; love is not just the world love. Love is the truth, love is kind, love is very peaceful, love hurts no one, wondering with your mind to LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. Then, YOU CAN LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR LIKE YOURSELF. Without love there is no creation. The Creator Almighty LOVES US! That is why HE created us. Love is merciful, love is with respect; however, many of us use LUST as love. Leading us to the problems we see around us today on earth. Why war? ! Because there is no love. Why do we hate others? ! Because there is no love. Love cares and, love seeks for peace. You really went very far with your mind. Great work! Thanks for sharing this poem with us.

We see families breaking up, we see marriages breaking up just because one is insecure about the person they love and try to bind them with demanding promises.....so true! I admire your keen observation of some unidentified social issues!

I am a moderate and liberal man and I believe in compromises, off course, I don't believe in a compromise on ethics. Sometimes we commit a blunder by establishing a relationship that we should not have established. If this relationship is a marriage and it is broken before birth of children, it can be accepted. But when our blunder has resulted in innocent children, we should see their charming and questioning faces. At this stage we must make a compromise. I believe life is an imposition. I finish it with ewo Urdu lines by me: - Kisne manga tha kab kisi se qarz, haye majboor hayn azal se hum, zindigi jaisi shay ke badle mein, apne jazbat hayn rahan ay dost.
