Enchanted Dream

I lay awake in my sleep
Like contemplation, hearing ' I DO', ring on her finger down on one knee
Preeminence enchanted, don't wanna awake from my wake
Resume incognito we meet there for loves sake
A sake that's forsaken cause reality wants us apart
Apart you'll play a part to stay forever in my heart
My heart is your life, while you live I stay alive
Subconsciously we have an affair meeting in places far in between and rare
Rare is what you are like an endangered species your love is scarce
Although you play the queen and protect your king like the game of chess
Enchanted dreams... If I don't meet you there, rain check being a trance
Promise we'll stay there together cause if you leave I'll be a mess
I love you yes to love you cause in my dreams I stand a chance
While in reality its portrayed in reverse
Not love at first site cause whenever I close my eyes, it becomes love at first glance
As I count down hours to meet you, its arithmetical fantasize
Where you and I can walk the sky, touch the stars and live a realistic lie
Be wed in the milky way and you birth an astronomical child
I know you've seen it to, cause in my dreams you are there too
I'd rather sleep the sleep I sleep just to be with you
Living our life in romance of peaches and cream
Phenomena of the physical world, opulence like a forest stream
One more sleep so we can see the things that are oblique to the open eye, that scripts and untold lie that even in the truth lies a lie because whenever i close my eyes you become mine
And when I wake up, I'll lay asleep in an enchanted dream

poet Emily Dickinson

"Heaven"—is what I cannot reach!
The Apple on the Tree—
Provided it do hopeless—hang—
That—"Heaven" is—to Me!
