Elusive Love Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Elusive Love

I love in you what most can't see
The bun is a flower and pin holding it is a bee
I can see in your eyes what others can never
The irises have mystery as eddys in a river
It's not easy to know what's going on in your mind
when you pass a man you leave a scent of love behind
Thin lips make one wonder if from them love would drop
They run after to hear words of love with great hope
Why don't you change gait as if you walk in air?
Face of an angel shines and smiles amidst a cloud of hair
You remain always elusive to those who beg your hand
Don't know if you have an admirer in some distant land

A very passionate poem on love. The poet wonders why the angelic lady whom he adores is so elusive and wonders what is in her heart! Enjoyed reading this!
