Elizabeth Poem by Calvin Boynton

Elizabeth

Something so beautiful lighting up the morning sky.
She makes the sun come up at night.
All the angels in heaven start to cry.

Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Elizabeth

Her smile was mesmerizing
A voice that's a melody to my ears.
When I look into your eyes it's hypnotizing
The way you move puts me in tears

Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Elizabeth

She comes through the gates of heaven
A figure wearing a white dress
Which no women could posses
For this is divine beauty at it's best

Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Elizabeth
