Ebullience, Ebullience Poem by Gregory Huyette

Ebullience, Ebullience

Ebullience, ebullience your influence
Obviates obstreperous foes.
You are a perspicacious cudgel
Harboring the erudite from fatuous woes.

If ebullience characterizes a place,
Then truculence is left with no space.
As alacrity influences each choice,
It stifles all attempts by acrimony’s voice.

Though these words may seem strange,
Truculence and acrimony always arrange
To instigate a tremulous, maudlin milieu,
Vitiating a once ebullient point of view.
